Creating a fantasy profile with fake details is basically what the police are doing to catch pedophiles. Reality strikes home when people finally meet. Now some older people are remarkably well preserved, whilst some younger ones are suffering the ravages of drugs, smoking and alcohol. Older women and younger men seem to be in vogue these days... so it would be interesting to learn how many are disappointed on first making contact in the real world? I think how a person acts is most important. Some people ooze personality and sexuality. Others have style and attitude. Being clean, well groomed and likable often overcomes a variety of perceived flaws. If you're going to tamper with your statistics, then they should not cause a state of shock when the real you is revealed. One way to test the waters is to participate in the live chat room and let yourself be seen on your web camera. Do something naughty and you'll be instantly popular, though it's probably better to make friends with both sexes and thereby get invited to various social meetings... which are a safe way to mingle, become known in the community and have fun.

You can refer to them as Red hot pie years. Some people say I look a lot younger than I am (1961 baby) and others tell me to get a haircut and look my age.. lol... but settle down... I'm growing hair because I still can!! Frankly I don't give a flying toss about someone's age... except if you are around the age of my son (21) or my mother (78) .... 'cause that's just getting too weird... hence the plus or minus 20 rule works fine for me. We gotta set some goalposts, right?

i am the first to admit I have a habit of altering my age, it's either 101 years old or 30 years old, never younger. Though I know I can get away with stating I'm 20, i've got a baby face, but what's the point, especially if I actually plan to meet people offline. It all largely depends on whether I want to be left alone but still want to hang around for the forums or if I'm actively seeking to meet anyone on the choice of age I want to be, 101 for the former, 30 and my real age for the latter.

C'mon Gaz, rule of 20 (in the minus) doesn't work for everyone! haha. But we have the age-of-parents rule too...

Yes that is true I just do not believe some of the ages that ppl put on their profiles. They are either lying or have had really hard lives and need good skincare And for the record, as I have been messaged about it....No I have not lied about my age.

lolz hotozcouple... OK ... so how's this.... plus or minus 20 RHP years verified by driver's permit.... you know.... just like this: "Hold on, mate... but have you got a permit to drive that"? or maybe... "Excuse me Madam, you can't bring those ta~tas in here without a jawdropper permit ... or drawer-dropper permit... who cares right... awwhh ok.... in you go love". Hell... forget age... RHP could issue different licences for different memberships... based on different classes of equipment.... Class 4 heavy industry earth-shattering equipment form a que on the left.... Man they could even hold special skills classes to issue an upgraded licence.

There is a vast amount of variation of lying about age on here. Someone that changes it by 1 or 2 years is no big deal but people that are changing it by over 10 are kidding themselves. Sure to some age doesn't matter but how about some 30 yo that meets someone that says they are 40 only to find out they are really 55, now that's just going too far and obviously they aren't going to be happy about it. Seems that there is never a problem with people saying they are older than they really are though for some strange reason. The question asked if it is ok for a woman to lie, well why be gender biased. I think it is the same for both male and female. If you never want to meet someone from the site then you could put whatever age you want. If you do want to meet people irl then you have to be more realistic. You say even if they can get away with it. That I suppose means they can look the age they are stating. Once again, for a short term thing it may work but longer term it would only bring grief.

i'm 62 years old and proud of it, of course the young ones think once your past 40 you can't get it up. if you have to lie about your age what else do you have to lie about and where would you stop. c'mon we're all adults tell the truth and feel better for not lying

The other issue is people using pics of when they were younger. Sure you can tell if it looks like a polaroid and they're wearing dated clothes.. LOL. I've been told quite a lot that I look a lot younger in person than I do in photos from even a few years back. Should I use photos from 5 years ago that give a better idea of what I look like in person? But seriously. Don't lie about shit. You're only cheating yourself. Be happy with who you are- years, wrinkles, widsom and all.

really i dont see all the concern about age so long as there an actual up to date photo or discriptions of the person concerned be it male or female then you know what to expect if you meet. for me as long as the person is what the say they are( ie )fun filled & willing to do or go where their profile says they will whats the diff what age they actually are. were all here for a good time so what the heck some things do matter like that they are of legal age to be on here in the first place.

I'm not bothered about age, though I tend to attract younger woman, my current girl friend is 20 years younger than me and asked me out, and my previous was 18 years younger and also made the first move. I'm a bit picky so I only date hot athletic girls and I stopped asking them their age 15 years ago when girls stopped asking my age. If there is real chemistry between you age doesn't matter. However I know a few people who are obsessed with age and do lie about it and only pursue younger people. I think this is unhealthy and I've seen relationships get messy when people realize they are being lied to. If you can't be comfortable with your age then don't expect any sympathy when your caught out. As for this site if your just doing it to pop up in more searches then I suggest you put a note at the top of your profile saying so, but really why bother, there are so many more guys than girls so you will get some action if you are really looking for it and as a guest you can message a platinum member so there is really no point in lying about your age. Cheers, RHG
