Drives me nuts! The odd spelling mistake I can handle, but when it's obvious that someone has absolutely no idea about spelling or grammar, it's a major turn off for me. Yes, I know I shouldn't let it bother me, but it does.....

Accidental spelling mistakes don't bother me. What does bother me is that I spent quite a long time replying to comments and acknowledging peoples posts on a recent thread. It seems to have vapourised - so looks like I didn't reply at all....gggrrrr. How rude! SFxx

Learn how to spell the word definitely? It's not definately, nor defenetely. And when I read things like: "I defiantly love licking pussy", it just means something completely different! Rant over. I'm a bitch, I know.

Now I look and see serious questions with absolutely no inkling of the actual topic without actually clicking on the thrread. Sigh... not all changes are for the better. I make spelling mistakes all the time on here. Usually because I'm on my iPhone and sccidently hit the wrong keys or on my laptop which has stiff keys and I'm either too impatient or in too much of a hurry to go back and check - Posted from rhpmobile

As Paintme pointed out, I'm bored. This thread was for shits and giggles. I posted three topics. I announced right at the first that I was doing it out of boredom. By the third time, I was thinking, "What nonsense can I post now?", when I glanced up and saw RHP's statement, "Please do not post anything that defames or villifies." I decided, "That'll do." After all, their error has been pointed out many times and they aren't interested in correcting it. I'm guilty of poor spelling myself and the odd error in another's post really doesn't bother me. As I've observed before, Litonya, you have far greater word skills with english than many for whom english is their first and only language. I've never been critical of your writing and I never shall.

I write poetry and have had a fair bit published.... BUT.. ask me is a word is a verb, or a noun, or an adjective.... I wouldn't have a fckn CLUE.. I don't need to know... but.. even though I often spell shit wrong.... I HATE text talk... I see how Kevin writes, (For example) and it flames up my psychopathically powered homocidal tendencies... BUT.. on the GOOD side of that... AFTER I have stabbed him in the head 52 times with a blunt screwdriver, I would write a poem about it.
