There is one site in particular that gives a visual guide on how to measure for correct fit.Also remember that the sizing on condoms is based more on girth than length.

  who wore condoms, yep you heard me right, they didn't go on as far as they would for others, but covered the part that went in, too big to take all of it so he'd hold his hand around the base, stopping it there. If they're that big, they don't have to cover the whole thing, you're not going to be able to take the whole length anyway, well I couldn't. But for 9", you shouldn't have any problem at all finding big enough condoms

  The funny thing is one size fits all, and I mean all the way down. The XL condom is just to increase sales as all guys think they are above 9 inches and very thick I am approximately 8 and a half inches and thick, provided you put them on properly they fit every time. Ladies don't fall for guys saying they are to big for normal size condoms I thought that myself when I was younger and never put normal size condoms on, then one day I was at couples international (swingers club) and the hosts said the same thing I am saying above then they both proceeded to role a condom down there entire head.   We have ordered them online "mysize" is the brand. They come from the Netherlands and are very reasonably priced and arrive quickly. They have a range of larger sizes, the biggest 69mm diameter which, if you look at our pics, will fit a very large cock! ;-)
