  They're all mainstream in my experience. There's Throb in Smith St that's the closest to a gay bar you'll ever, ever get in Darwin but some girls go there to get away from being fondled by guys, which in turn brings more guys.....   Reminds me of something I read recently about the " gay avenger" I heard about it before but never the term "avenger". Which made me lol. Anyway it's where a group or singular large muscular gay man/men patrol the dance floor looking for douchy straight guys annoying girls on the floor.   Club wise its nothing special, full of drunk army guys or roid munchers who think they're king dick. Throb is probably the better choice of them all as it does scare away most guys because of the drag there haha - Posted from rhpmobile
