For me it's definitely about being used. Think about it like this, when you go to the doctor and they look at your throat they say open up and say ahhhhhhh. Doing that tenses the throat muscles which then opens the throat up. You can also see it if you do it in the mirror. So they suggest when the girl attempts to deepthroat, she should pretty much say ahhhhh as she attempts to deepthroat which should open the throat up a bit more for her and make it a bit easier.
