Extended sexual response (ESR)

August 28 2018

I experience this regularly and it can be a bit scary. Your body takes over and takes you through a single long and extended orgasm or a series of orgasms. This can last over an hour sometimes. I wonder if any other women on here would like to share their experiences around this and what they feel turns the ESR on. - Posted from rhpmobile

The name sounds like it's either some rare disorder or a super power, like ESP. It's never scary for me though? There are times where I get so turned on in the presence of the other that it's like I'm under their spell, like an altered state of consciousness as Dr Google puts it. And with each orgasm the next one comes more easily, no penetration or clitorial stimulation, just a light touch anywhere on the body is all that's needed. It's based in my chest and my whole system is alight. I can feel tingles and pleasure spreading all the way to my fingertips and pelvis (less so legs and feet, don't know why). My heart races after each orgasm and I'm out of breath it takes me away. It's so good I often get the giggles! I've never measured the maximum length of time, maybe up to half an hour of continuous orgasms or until I've simply worn myself out or am embarrassed I'm the only one getting off and snap myself out of it. What brings it on? Hard to say how it's different to others who don't get it but I can say what's necessary for me. My frame of mind, a healthy body, and a connected lover. Love. - Posted from rhpmobile

It seems that I have been suffering from the condition now known as "ESR" for a number of years. It used to just be called "multiple orgasms" though!

The mind is a very powerful machine once it is sufficiently engaged Some people fall into it, others learn, most are unaware. - Posted from rhpmobile

Any journal with "quantum" in it that doesn't involve theoretical physics probably should be considered purely... theoretical. Haha lover I think the point is that it happens without manual stimulation 😆 - Posted from rhpmobile

I have vaguely heard of this but never experienced it, (wouldn't mind, out of curiosity!)😀 - Posted from rhpmobile

That, from a blokes perspective, thinks this sounds really awful? I've had some true earth-movers in my time, wave after wave for about 30 seconds - but an hour of it? Sheesh, I think I'd have an aneurysm.

Quoting 'OkeyDoke45'Am I the only one... That, from a blokes perspective, thinks this sounds really awful? I've had some true earth-movers in my time, wave after wave for about 30 seconds - but an hour of it? Sheesh, I think I'd have an aneurysm. This reminds me of the time I was having a baby and they're telling me I'm still having a contraction (and I needed to push) but I had no sense of it... 😳😳😳 My favourite orgasms are the full, fat ones that may or may not lead on to other smaller versions of itself. I haven't timed? Maybe 30 seconds as Okey suggests in his post? Overall, in my experience a long running intensity tends to become insensate after some time as the body gets used to it. I heard something on these lines on the radio or maybe was listening to it when I was reading something when I was a kid. That the body forgets... That's why we can lose the glasses on top of our head so easily because the sense that it is there becomes less intense. I'm sure a smarter person could explain that far more clearly in a modern sense. I hope people get the gist, I think it's the bomb! Peachy, our bodies are wondrous, I have always loved learning about them

Im assuming youre looking at it from your typically male point of view.... and thats fair enough.Guys pretty much train themselves to behave and respond in a very defined "ejaculation is orgasm" way But there is a difference between climax (ejaculation, for example), and orgasm and once you get your head around it.... the difference becomes more obvious and the application of the different states allows orgasm to be greatly extended... in between climax peaks. I hope that makes sense

I'd rather just roll over and go to sleep, cerebrovascularly safer.

@ nightingale8 - Yes I always thought it was just multiple orgasms. That can become closer and closer until it’s just everlasting. Just the slightest touch or kiss or breathe can bring on more and keep it going, eventually leading you into a kind of euphoria, much like “sub space” for those who’ve experienced that as well. It’s such a rare and wonderful experience. Cannot just be achieved just physically for me. Maybe why I prefer a regular and meaningful lover over a FB. 🤷‍♀️ @Missangelina - to experience that feeling for up to an hour? That’s impressive and I may be just a tad envious 🙌 - Posted from rhpmobile

No. Tantra is something totally different.... and very mush misused as a form of advertising by people who have no idea what they're talking about. So Heres something to consider.Every bloke knows about the wet-dream, right?!.... that confirms to you at least, that its possible to climax with no physical stimulation. Why? The brain commands the body to feel what the brain tells it to So in accepting that is possible.... is it really such a large reach to consider that you can bring another person to that same state, by speaking/engaging directly with their mind? I can promise you..... its possible.

We (she)has experienced this...for maybe 10 up to 15 minutes at a time...more a shuddering series of intense orgasms..but connected...bit like arguing the distinction about light being a particle or a wave...who cares...let there be light...direct relationship unfortunately between the intensity and duration and the headache that follows...
