  Go slowly, really slowly. Use lube, lots of lube Trim your nails. Relax, both of you. Get her to open slowly with one finger, then two, then three. Go slower. Use more lube. Check on her. Close all four fingers into a tight narrow cone and tuck in your thumb. slowly insert your fingers. Stop at the knuckles and give her time to accommodate that before moving forward. Go slowly until your hand is inside. If she is relaxed and comfortable and your hand is inside her then slowly close your hand into a fist.

  Thanks We have discussed the need to take it slow and steady with lots of lube so that’s a good start She is quite small and even vibrators have resistance and am a bit worried as how I was going to go Thanks for your input very much appreciated

  Don't make the whole fist the goal the first time you try it. Reduces the pressure to do it and makes it easier to say stop when it's getting too much.
