Okay...let's see if we can do this here or if you like, PM me and I will send you a very quick primer as once I start to hit some codes, they fade to white. | First triclk is to look at the post of the person you want to "quote"... even in Google Chrome (it wipes out a lot..try Maxthon, Firefox, Opera or even IE) and you should see the following... | Jan 03, 2011 Report Abuse | Reply with Quote | Reply | Hope that does not get nuked...mods please leave this even if it hyperlinks ... it's MistressT's top line. The just hit "reply with quote". Look at the top of the poster if this does now show... look for "Reply with Quote". | Next...spacing. See the | that I have here? That big A up there (or should be) lets you drop down boxes. Highlight the text...click on a colour. In here use white and watch what happens to the bars.. | Magic...no bars? | That one's red and bigger... B for bold, I for italics...and so on, just highlight the text. These are on your comments box here. | If you don't see these...ditch chrome. I can even see this in Sea Monkey, another easy, light and fast browser. | Good luck! | Ϲɧαṩιɳǥ Μιɗɳιǥɧʈ ♂ ...and this, takes a little practise!

another question. sometimes i post something and when i come back there are half a dozen replies from other people, then later on BAM mine will show up somewhere up near the top of the thread before the ones that showed up earlier. why does it take my posts so long to show up but other people's are immediate?

On my i-phone. It doesn't quote even when I use the quote button. Also, since I've been using a iMac and Firefox before I can enter text into the "your comment" box I have to insert an emoticon. I hate emoticons. Ive never used them before in this forum.. and now I have to use them every time I post. It really is rather annoying!HugsStalky

I did post some stuff in there before...it's the Chromium browser that's the bowser. Sheesh...go IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari or a host of others that are fully support and fast as Gargling Chrome. Drop me a note if you feel like it .. I have a one pager that I can send on some options etc. and includes screenshots. | ...no, not those kind of screenshots!

Quoting 'curiousnewgirl78' another question. sometimes i post something and when i come back there are half a dozen replies from other people, then later on BAM mine will show up somewhere up near the top of the thread before the ones that showed up earlier. why does it take my posts so long to show up but other people's are immediate? When I first discovered the forums and started posting my posts took ages to appear. I believe they were being manually reviewed. Then after a month or so my posts started automagically appearing as soon as I clicked 'send'. I expect that once enough posts have been written and approved the member is added to a 'trusted' list or something like that. Browser Problems In case someone has read the above and still has browser problems, I had some which were different to the ones mentioned thus far. I could not reply to messages sent to me. It turned out that 64 bit Windows 7 doesn't work too well with the current version of Flash which is used by RHP. I have to use a 32 bit version of IE when on RHP.

Havent thought of anything this would actually be useful for as yet.......just a technilogical observation !! Miss B...I run a dual screen system! I guess you could carry on an entire chatroom coversation...and if you were inclined to multiple personalities and/or profiles, could get absolutely lost in 24" x 2 of high res chatter. | Scary...but I guess we all have to like the company we keep when we are alone. I wonder if I would answer a post from me? | ...sure, why not! | Ϲɧαṩιɳǥ Μιɗɳιǥɧʈ ♂

Firefox and IE clash with my spyware and firewall. Gargle is the only thing that doesn't slow the whole shebang down to a snails pace. Don't you just love modern technology???NOT!! ( Off to take a flogger to my CPU lol. )

( Off to take a flogger to my CPU lol. ) you can still use google chrome, just find and install the "IE tab" extension and you can have the tab that runs RHP working through IE WITHIN chrome. You don't even have to have IE installed.

( Off to take a flogger to my CPU lol. ) I thought RHP was super slow because RHP is super slow. But maybe it is because I'm using IE and my Virus or spyware or firewall are causing problems. Can anyone recommend a browser that works great with 64 bit Windows 7 and Flash?

Quoting 'irresponsibility' Can anyone recommend a browser that works great with 64 bit Windows 7 and Flash? You sound quite intelligent and definitely have sensual wired for sound. The Win 64 bit environment is relatively new on frontier and will throw some curves at youfor a while yet while the developers and resources catch up. That said...the combination to the vault that you need to solve virtually every problem you will have is now in your inbox...with a few tips and access to all the freeware a girl could ever need. Us computer geeks have to stick together so... | ...catch you the backside of midnight once you are done. | Ϲɧαṩιɳǥ Μιɗɳιǥɧʈ ♂

RHP totally SUCKS BALLS on the mobile. I have anokia running... meh, whatever it is that Nokia runs... Symbian I think... RHP is absolute shite. I can read messages, and I can look at profiles and forums, and that's about it. Sending a reply to an email is an abject lesson in futility and makes my head hurt, so I don't even bother now.Which kind of sucks because I go for weeks without logging onto here using my lappy.

Yes I have problems sending messages on a mobile simply because the pop up message window cant be scrolled. RHP designers please move the reply/send button to left. Or use the browser information to get the screen resolution and make the reply popup fit... If your web designers are listening... Mid year I was up north, despite being able to log on could not contact anyone because I could not get the send button.. I have a Samsung.
