Forum topics.

January 29 2012

I really enjoy posting questions on the forums but, often, the response is very underwhelming and my understanding of the subject is not improved. What kinds of topics are you most likely to respond to, a serious, deep and meaningful topic, a frivolous, well humoured subject or another thread dealing with the size of dicks?

I post very few questions but comment instead. You could try an 'open' question (one that does not solicit a yes or no answer). . You could direct your post at a target area, say, Men or Couples. . You could make a provoking statement or random observation about something or someone. . I prefer humour and strife, stupidity and controversy. Complex issues and ignorance. life experiences. . I avoid the 'Penis Envy' and 'Incurable Infectious Toxic Diseases'. . Keep on Posting, you are a function of those who prefer to comment.

I"ll respond to a forum topic an almost any subject if I think I have something different and or meaningful to add or something to add to the frivolous-ness-ness, but it does depend alot on the topic really. Some of them are issues I wouldn't want to get involved with and some I just have nothing to add. Some i can't be civil about so I just stay out of it.   If we took all the 'dick size' forum topis and layed them end-to-end we would have traveled around the world so I usually don't add anything to them.

One of the most popular threads going is "would you fuck the person who posted above you".... Whilst amusing at best, that thread just keeps on coming. Another thread I found which lasted for years was when a young woman posted looking for a wild time next weekend. Volunteers were still adding their interest some four years or so later. Really, in my opinion, it doesnt matter what you choose as a topic, the forum has a mind of its own and when your topic hits page two, it is far more likely to fade away. You will see people bumping topics every now an again for that reason. I bumped one of mine that has laid dormant since 2008 just to give it a bit of a walk around the sandpit. hehe. You will see people bumping topics from teh past because they have something to add and have gone looking for them. Usually though, people just start a new thread for an old topic. Like dick size. Usually that's for some self serving purpose.. e.g. self promotion.I respond to topics I am passionate about... but also If I think of something I wanna say when I read something that someone else has said. I tend to choose topics to post based on what is happening around me at the time... or the night before. As I said, I don't think the subject matter in the RHP forum is intended to be controlled... we're free to raise whatever we want to... subject to the established guidelines.HugsStalky
