Good bars in sydney

January 02 2017

Hi everyone, I am travelling to Sydney regulalry and am looking for some advice on bars where one can meet open minded people (nothing better than a drink and some naughty discussion;-)) The kind of bar where you can actually talk and are not blasted with loud music. I usually stay in a hotel in CBD. Any advice is very welcome! - Posted from rhpmobile

I'm not a fan of the question, as I don't think bars get tagged with 'open-minded-place-with-naughty-women' inside... naughty is at the movies but might be at the bars, shopping for groceries, and enjoying a run on Sydney Harbour - it's up to your chat-up game to pull the naughty, eh? But to the bars in Sydney. Big booze joints like Ivy and Argyle and Establishment and Hemmesphere might have some 'naughty' yet are destinations of the past. Want to meet women? Head to our Melbourne-esque small bars. Harry Deane. Palmer & Co. Bulletin Bar. Uncle Mings. Since I Left You. Stitch. Mojo Records. Frankie's Pizza. Lobo Plantation. The Rook. Baxter Inn. These are all in the CBD - plenty of women enjoying a wine / chat.

People are people. They're only "naughty" IF inspired to be so. I'm thinking maybe you're really trying to ask where the most likely bars may be, to pick up.... without actually saying that. - Posted from rhpmobile

Perhaps my wording was a bit off. Yes nice bars to meet people to talk to is what I am after. Thanks for the tips so far. Looks like a long list to work through ;-) - Posted from rhpmobile
