Well, people do travel from time to time. There may be no expectation of meetin gup, but it does happen occasionally and besides, if it is fun communicating with someone who happens to be in Perth shouldn't that be enough reason? Hugs Stalky

Unfortunately I don't think it would be a huge party cos too many people like to talk about these things but are too chicken to put them into action. The internet lends itself to that.

There's too many people on here who aren't allowed within 200m of me and vice versa... so we would need to have the party on a very big oval. Thinking about this - it's probably more a case of the vice versa... Plus the guys here are really shy and would just hang out in one corner together. And some would like it. And some would be wearing a latex spidey suit And some would have a big mag light and a battery.

it's oh so easy to hide behind our screens, carry on cyber relationships and pretend we are who we're not........even for just half a daywhat ever happened to the good old pub meeting? catching the eye of the spunky guy in the supermarket queue? meeting work mate's other friends?the internet is a great place to foster our fantasies, but truthfully from experience, RHP is just that........a fantasy playgroundi've been playing in the real world lately and it is way better than a computer screen

Im trying to organise drinks once a month so people can meet and greet to avoid exactly the thing hotblonde is complaining of... Have you ever wondered whether that person you have been chatting to is a genuine profile? Me too!! Are you reticent to attend private homes or lonely secluded coffee shops for that first meeting and they don't show up? There is a solution.... Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands.... Be at the MOOSE COCKTAIL BAR at 8.00 PM You'll find it on King Street Newtown (on the side of the road heading South) and Alice Street is the nearest cross street. It's a quiet little bar where, with enough continuing interest, you can meet monthy, face to face with other RHP participants, shoot the breeze, swap a few tips, have a few laughs, exchange some phone numbers. who knows. This is a very relaxed little joint with a couple of tables on the footpath... so no themes for now. If there's a growing interest we can work on that by discussing it in the forums, as well as future alternative venues. Register or send me a message if you're interested. The venue is small enough so you can show up and look for me, say hello and I'll introduce you to a rowdie mob of RHP funsters. i kinda prefer behinde the computer screen, i don't drink much at all and i hate drunks...y would i go to a bar or club?? sure theres chicks there but i don't see how yelling in someones ears trying to get them to hear you over lady bloody gaga can lead to a sexual encounter anyway. Unless you are good at sign language.. a nice quiet bar somewhere sure till next time scott
