I rarely look at those comps, its not my thing and I would doubt I would even pick up last place in them! 😆 Many of them certainly fit the stereotypical 'hot' label, but I suppose thats what the competition is all about, but it does induce some feelings of inadequacy. I also wonder about the entrants; 30% of the pictures in this comp come from just two profiles. Those type of odds always remind me of the women who travel around entering the fashion on the field competitions at the races; sure it might by amateur....but there's amateur and then there's 'we're after the dosh'. But having said all of that, good on them for having the self confidence to put the pics up in the first place. I have voted.... for a person I have met and can attest is just as beautiful on the inside as she is in the pics.

It took me a long time to be happy with my body as I am not a leggy blonde with huge perky boobs, a tiny waist and an ultra flat stomach... Oh wait - that's Barbie!! Amazing how we are programmed from an early age to look at women subjectively with media taking up the cause as we outgrow our Barbie dolls. RHP is no different in that they use stereotypes to attract men and women to their site. A bit like couples that use the woman's sexy body in their RHP profile pic... What disappoints me is that RHP constantly use the 'bombshells' in their site advertising. As a site that promotes sex and swinging, a little bit of a range would be nice to see... And searching through profiles isn't ? Get real. And then the insistence that everyone puts up a pic or get left on the shelf. Followed by the often hypocritical contradiction that substance is more important than looks. PMSL. Another rhp oxymoron. To those that enter, good luck and thanks for the perve. To those that are above such shallowness. Live and let live. Moving right along.

There seems to be a lot of sour grapes 🍇 around here. Nothing better than a good perve at a "HOT" chick. And I'm not talking anorexic Tara Read types. There are some gorgeous looking girls in the comp this year and good luck to all of them. It's just a shame that they don't have to show their faces, being a comp and all. They look so much prettier when they have a head on their shoulders.

the HOTY finalists are the place getters from each month of amateur pics, which are in turn based on votes from RHP users, so it's not really RHP making the decision there. I've submitted an amateur pic set previously, I just did it for fun and whilst I knew I had little chance of winning the popular vote I did win the Candee's Choice award for that month, and I'm pretty much the exact opposite of the tall, leggy, busty blonde. Anyone can submit pics to the monthly comps. I realise that there are certain profiles who appear regularly, who have the traditional model type physiques and who often win, hence their multiple appearances in the HOTY finalists. Not all of the finalists conform to that mould though, there are quite a few who don't. Although it's true there isn't a huge amount of diversity, I guess addressing that would mean taking it up with the RHP members who vote for the monthly winners.

Yeah. I'll take that one on the chin. After reading back what a wrote it doesn't sound good. I was trying indirectly compliment the fuller figure girl. Fuck ! Someone will take that comment the wrong way too. By the way, coming in at a respectable 10th at the moment is a lovely looking 59 year old. I'll climb back in my box now

Who'd have thought that model types would submit the bulk of entries to photo competitions? Particularly photo comps for money. I remember some comps they ran which were just all models only on there for the competition, and not actual community members, this one is at least people genuinely from the site. Didn't Taby win it a couple of years ago? If people can somehow submit photos of their personality and win the competitions because they get enough votes, go for it.

As a male (yes, it was the male in our couple that posted this) I've noticed that some brands such as "Target" use more regular body shapes in their underwear advertising these days. Not that they intend for those ads to be overly sexy or anything, though I however find them to be sexier than than if theyd used supermodels. Why? - because for that fleeting moment where my mind says "ooh, wouldnt mind getting in bed with her", I get to entertain the idea as if it were a real possibility.

Beauty pageants and the like, really. They celebrate the superficial beauty which is what it is really, I don't feel terribly offended or inadequate by it. Perhaps different categories could exist? Don Juan of the Year? Swingers of the Year? Curves of the Year? Abs of the Year? MILF of the Year? Fetishist of the Year? Dom and Sub of the Year? And so forth. An objective opinion, since I'd be fighting Jonesy for last place 😂😂😂 I'm all for it, agree different categories might attract more to have a go, get involved. What about a 'worst selfie' category. That'd be really funny. I'm sure I could retrieve a few thousand shots from my recycle bin that didn't make the cut 😉
