pent up sexual frustration? Let me paint the picture... My long term FWB and I get to hook up every second Friday morning at most. We love building the desire and tension, so we begin sending each other explicit messages and pictures at the beginning of the week. Then it looks like he wouldn't be able to make it, and after two days all looks well again. Then the weather turns and it looks like he wouldn't be able to fly. Then the weather turns fine again. Then the night before the big O, my back starts twitching in all the wrong ways, but I'm determined to not let that spoil the mood. Then I find out my housemate has surprisingly taken said Friday off, so suddenly my house is off limits. So I go looking for a hotel as at this point we've both worked ourself into a stupor with sexual tension. Due to distance, only a few hotels are considered, but by the time I find out about my housemate staying home, all said hotels have closed reception for the night, and don't reopen until after we need to be on our merry ways to work. So we opt for a quickie in the car, but the street sweeper doing a very thorough job in that car park that Friday morning is obviously expecting a show as he takes his sweet time, so again we're left with mouths drooling and no way to fill the void - pun intended ;) Now I have a reasonable selection of toys to take care of things myself.     Would be not well. I get cranky and after a time I withdraw and cut communication to try to level off. I'm currently in week 13 of no sex and to say I'm sexual frustrated doesn't really cut it. My libido is sky high, my desire to just be touched by another person is making my skin tingle, I keep getting naked erotic pictures sent to me and very suggestive text messages and I'm not allowed to do a fucking thing‼️‼️‼️ Once all of this is done I'm taking holidays and planning a sexfest.

    Sounds positively ghastly darlings. But take it from me, after awhile your body forgets and your mind will turn to other things. Your toys will gather dust under the bed and you will no longer crave... Anything. Or eat lots of chocolates and other yummy things. Gorge yourself. :p

    Mr Funcouple is Fifo, worse roster 5 months on 1 month off. Walked like a cowgirl for the month off.     Having had 2 celibate times of approx 4 1/2 years each. By choice. I found after a short time my body switched off. Didn't need batteries or fingers. I had no sex drive at all. Didn't miss it at all. Could I do it again? If I really had to.......But not happily!!!

    changes at this age send me right off the deep end. It's 5 weeks and 2 no shows from my fwb, as family emergencies happened, and I'm climbing the walls. Toys and masturbation just aren't the same as being tangled up with another warm body. Working out at the gym and taking long walks with the dog just don't burn up the energy generated either. Becoming a grumpy old woman because I'm so frustrated .

If you are unable to do so, then maybe you have a more important problem or desire that needs addressing. To abandon your sex-life isn't using your time on this earth wisely (IMO).
