Happy with her over-all 16D breast size, my partner has one breast slightly smaller than the other, and we were discussing having one implant(ed) to bring them both to the same size. I'm happy either way, but it is her choice. Her biggest fear is that the "feel" of the surgically-enhanced breast won't be the same or as natural as the other. Also, that the nipple on her "new" breast won't be as sensitve as they both are now. (Their arousal is the catalyst to a juicy c*nt and clitoral erection.) The plus is it wouldn't be the first "sex surgery" for her. She a a small flap of skin surgically removed from her lower (outer) labia which really enhanced the look and sensitivity of her vagina, and which has made her really happy. Any comments would be appreciated.

I guess I should've added while they are both perky, she feels equalizing the size would allow her to find better fitting, more comfortable bras and not have to "pad out" the smaller breast. Also, she would have a better choice lingerie. The minor "labial flap" correction has made my partner feel better about herself and how she looks, now it's the smaller breast about which she obsesses. H - E - L - P! Any women care to comment please?

My wife says that her nipples lost their sensitivity breastfeeding 3 children.Butit hasn't stopped her in any other way.RegardsMr. SR.

1. It was the first "intimate cosmetic" surgery she had. 2. It gave her confidence to address what SHE thought was an issue with her boobs. 3. I thought it pertinent that, in asking a genuine question of an adult forum, it was relevant information. I care about my partner and am seeking any avenue of opinion that may help her make the right decision. Obviously too much information or a joke for some . . . whatever happened to the sisterhood?

I had implants when I was 20 as I was self conscious about my very small breasts. Nobody can tell and after having sex with partners for several months and then revealing my surgery they have been shocked. The implants are normally put beside the bone and the mammary glands and sensitive tissue is on top so sexual partners can't feel the implants at all unless you are increasing the breast size alot - I only went up one cup size. My breasts are just as sensitive as they ever were (though they have never been really senstive). The only issue could be scaring. My surgeon did key hole surgery through my underarm so I only have a tiny scar on each underarm which just looks like a fold of skin so nobody notices. If she is only have only side done I' not sure if they would do it the same way.

a small flap here, a breast there, next it will be a nose job or face lift! I have heard that cosmetic surgery can be addictive...... we all have imperfections i don't blame her if she wants it corrected/manipulated...i certainly wouldn't be paying for it!

Going ahead with the single implant. To Bunny_Boiler, your suggestion can't be done, though it can be done in other areas, thanks anyway. Thanks to you all for your replies BTW xJoannax, you're not as hot as you think.
