Insecurities - how to move past them

Over the years I’ve had a love/hate relationship with body confidence. I believed when I first come on here I’d never get a look in. Life’s been busy and robbed of us of time to play and I’ve lost my confidence. Has anyone been through a period where they’ve lost their confidence and what did they do to get it back? - Posted from rhpmobile

One sure way of doing that. For me was starting to go to a nudist beach. Made me comfortable about myself as once nude you cant hide. Plus you want to be involved with people who like your shape. What can I say I think a bit of jiggle is sexy.
