Interpreting notifications

Hi All, Just wondering what a 'hot contact has been logged' item means when it appears in the Real-time Info window (at the top of the web page)? The other notifications like 'your profile has been viewed' and 'new message', etc are all fairly self explanatory. Anyone know? Thanks, sa66

Yes, it is advising you that the profile name who is on your HOT list has logged in and now online. Cheers - Posted from rhpmobile

someone who you have in your hotlist has logged into the site. It will show the profile name of the person.

But only if their privacy settings allow others to see when they're online. Their posts will also show up in your newsfeed. It's rather like following someone on Twitter.
