I've had a few of those lately. Haven't noticed a connection with a particular membership level.Assumed it meant the message had been blocked or deleted without reading. Perhaps someone from RHP could clarify?

Red highlighted Messages can also be from someone who has now Blocked you (or you've Blocked them). GG♒️ - Posted from rhpmobile

I have one like that in my Sent folder, and the recipient is not a platinum profile. He's a guy whose message I replied to, and it was read, but the red highlighting still remains.

Lol. Platinum huh? I wonder if the highlighting really works in getting more responses. I give these messages, highlighted in red, as much importance as those not highlighted. It is the content that matters. So all that effort is lost in me... Geez.

Sorry Funlover, I thought you were kidding. . I've checked my matching and nonmatching message folders, and the only messages in red are from platinum members (members hehe). It could be a new enough feature that I haven't had a recent enough nonmatching message. But... RHP's Help Faq tells me... . Why are some messages/flirts highlighted in red or green? Messages and flirts that are highlighted in red are from Platinum members, which is a feature of their membership level. Messages that are highlighted in a darker green are new messages in your Inbox at the time of log in. It will remain highlighted until you read it. Maybe it needs updating.

To tell if your sent messages have been read, go to your sent folder on your messages page, uread is highlighted blue. But... do bear in mind, a read message won't show as read if it was read through the, 'contact history' on your profile. I'm getting dizzy, with all the ifs, 'butt's and maybes...
