Gotta admit I had a bit of chuckle when I read your ritual' But in the good sense. I loved the way you set yourself up for it and time you allow yourself for yourself... fantastic. Lets face it' its one of the last thing we're not charged a tax on (at the moment) so if it works for you and it makes you happy... go for it. As for me. well' Im too impatient.. I just do it at random and when I feel like it.. But really' it doesnt matter how often as long as it feels good' and yes' it is healthy... PS... Oh' if someone hot wants to do it for me... I do it well on average I would say ummmmm shhhh dont laugh but once or twice a day some day if I am hungover it can be 4 or 5 times yes I know weird I get heaps horny when I am hung over so if anybody feels sorry for me and wants to help me out before I wear my hands out then dont hesitate to call hahahahahahahaha........................please hahaha

laugh at the willingness for help. For me, I cant sleep if I dont have a play before bed. In a pervious post I said I cant cum during sex which is true however I have no problem getting there by myself with my toys :p Sometimes Ill have days when I play more than 2 or 3 times. Maybe this is due to my high sex drive and lack of sex lol. what ever the reason I see nothing wrong with playing by yourself as much as you want! Its healthy, its natural and it feels great!

I have read in a popular health magazine for men that at least once a day is a healthy habit as it helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer. In saying that, it is also healthy for the heart and for the brain because it helps in the circulation of oxygen being carried through the bloodstream mostly during the climatic stages. So as was suggested I do it at least once a day as soon as I wake up or I do it in the shower where I can practice my “tantric exercise”. Of course nothing beats doing it with someone. Ladies, I am eager to help and be helped ; )

To be honest...it's been that long since I had a delicious woman that I'm bored with it now...just prolongs the craving,so I just work my ass off,try not to get an idle mind & when I get sex thoughts about women I try to kill them asap.When the build up happens,it's just find a pic or quick online vid on the iPhone,thrash it out..all over red rover in 1min and get on with my day. Nothing wrong with the guys guys up Taby's way or those contacting...she's just fussy & insecure and only wants Ken dolls.I'm guessing like most young girls,to settle for second best would make them less attractive & successful than the other girl who got the hotter guy.
