You would still have the opportunity to read body and some facial language, gestures, attitude & behaviour etc. But something I've never tried as yet.

Masks can be full face, or nose/eyes and up. I don't know what is the norm if any.

I put my face on. I can walk past a friend on the street and I'm not reconised. So the "mask" totally separates my 2 halves. And that "mask" helps the "straight" men think they are having sex with a woman. Bless them.....

I've always fantasised about going to one. To look around a room full of people and only see their bodies and part of their face. The mystery of who they are intrigues me and excites me. I've always loved seeing men in motorbike helmets as you can really only see their eyes and the eyes are something I loooove to look at in a man or a woman. My dream is to attend one before I die. And oh god yes, if I find the right man/woman with eyes that stand out to me then I would definitely sleep with them. As long as we keep our masks on though.......

That Eyes Wide Shut movie has a lot to answer for! For me a it's a big yes. Would love to participate in one for all the reasons listed by those above. But I also have a bit of a thing for steampunk masks and the Guy Fawkes mask.
