Coops is right, Fetlife will be your best bet. Check out the groups regarding sounding, there is a lot of information/links written by veteran players (not necessarily medical professionals) that will answer a lot of questions. Don't be afraid to ask, and don't be afraid to be honest (especially when it comes to cervical sounding - don't want to be patronizing, but that can be very dangerous)
