  Hi, I am assuming you are planning a swinging party? We have organised loads over the years and it isn't that hard. For example we have a New years party at our house. We end up with about 50 people made up of mostly couples but also singles who are vouched for by friends.Preparation starts the night before when a friend of ours comes over and gives me a spraytan in our garage. We usually start the party at 2pm and it is a pool party. We have a private yard so we have no fear of offending the neighbours. I drop the kids and the dog at our parents in the morning and then get my nails done and have a massage while John cleans the pool, tidies the yard, cleans and sets up the pool chairs (and extras we borrow from family and friends), sets up the music speakers, makes sure we have alcohol for 500 people, and gets the 3 queen size mattresses that are wrapped in plastic in the garage and airs them. He then has a shower and shave. After my nails and massage I do a final shop and buy a dozen boxes of tissues, about 100 condoms and half a dozen bottles of lube. When I get home John and I put the mattresses in our games room and put sheets on them. We have all of our towels stacked in the bathroom and our ensuite. I make up big bowls of salad for the afternoon and get out the disposable plates and cutlery. For food in the afternoon we get pizzas delivered and have the salad with it. Dinner is 8ish and we have our local chinese restaurant deliver enough food to feed an army.The only time John or I have to put clothes on is when the food is delivered.About half of our friends stay the night with the last people usually leaving around midday the next day.We have the greatest nights celebrating and playing with friends.Good luck!
