  progesterone cream so I don't stab people. Without it I scare myself and I believe would eventually hurt someone.

  Post menopausal and had few symptoms...two colleagues of a similar age both took HRT and developed breast cancer ..I have no idea what the risk factor is now but worth checking xxFreya

  my periods stopped completely at 44 yrs old. No signs no symptoms just stopped. I have never had any problems and don't take anything. I also know someone who took HRT and developed breast cancer. Do your research before making any decisions. - Posted from rhpmobile

  Going through peri menopause for a while now but I'm drug sensitive and also have polycystic ovaries...so my hormones are crazy anyway. Had most of the symptoms, except headaches thank goodness, and controlled most of them with herbal/dietary solutions. More fresh air, sunshine and long solitary walks to centre myself helped. Peri menopause went the other way with me and I want sex more. Probably one of the things that contributed to my long term relationship breakdown as he wanted me to go on tablets to "control" everything. When a male doesn't want more sex when it's offered, and won't consider you finding what you need elsewhere, it doesn't give you much in the way of options. When I'm in a pissy mood and want to hurt someone I take the dog for a walk, spend an hour or so at the gym doing weights, attack the garden with a pitchfork (very soothing) or try to find something positive that happened that day....waking up is a good one when nothing else comes to mind :D.

  Think of menopause as the finest measure in mother nature, the woman that has given three children a wonderful mother, a father proud and love in best friend, I reckon paying attention and caring for as minimal stress bourdon Tara?... of any time, appreciating what the changes she fares with, she will with her best friend and I reckon we will cruise along with a flame burning nothing can stop and a hot flush ain't anything new, she has them as often we get the chance :) I would not be surprised if it is celebrated either Mado Tara xx

  Fatigue, depression, libido loss, headaches, loss of mind, etc - I thought that was all normal for a woman, particularly moreso after marriage... Tall

  If you ever have the privilege of experiencing a hot menopausal flush,trust me they are not pleasant,different to the other kind of flush 😝 fantastic that you are supporting Tara in your usual uxorious fashion,hugs xxFreya

  I persevered for 7 years with full blown symptoms trying the progesterone creams which only mildly helped before finally opting for HRT a fairly new one called Livial It changed my life, I felt like a 25 year old again! - Posted from rhpmobile

  There is no way on earth that I would ever go without my HRT cream - I am a nightmare off it. Hot flushes, no brain, moody etc etc. Pusscat xxx

I'm feeling guilty even thinking i'd leave the side of my team mate, we are good together and weathered some unpleasant times and by looking out for each other, stress we manage to settle before it takes hold and we get by in pretty good spirits as for friendship, whatever Tara cops and I hope when she does, she can have her time without worry I can take care off, I do get spoilt a bit and actually find it sexy when Tara multi tasks about the place, especially in her cotton nighty and these days one can go Utube and learn anything and without bothering Tara, I can go Utube and there will be a woman waiting for the likes of me and on camera, no reading, what to do next each task and now multi tasking has gone digital, the women have lost such a tight edge know, plus I reckon most jobs around the house can be sorted with a garden blower and a BBQ with paper plates. Just kidding. Nahh if my old man looked after mum the way he has and they are cool with each other, mum was pretty good in spirit and if she was uncomfortable, surely, then I look at how she was with the old man and he did OK, because mum was never unhappy as in disrespected or taken for granted or she owed something to keep him happy, like sex or her jobs even attention or time. If there is medicine for physical women's discomfort,and hormonal then I'm pretty confidant with modern medicine and sciences, that it's me Tara can love or disappointed with and I love looking into her eyes. And Jay Jay, you had the spirit of twenty five when we met you at the meet and greet and you came through with a glow too, so I'd be feeling a bit insecure if Tara had that bounce in her step and had the shits with me if you don't mind described as insatiable to think of her in you and me in her. .. in a luxurious fashion :)
