  Also I think its good for your body to have orgasms. I have no scientific backing for this theory. Just seems like they would be good for you?? Seems wrong not to. Maybe I'll ask Dr Karl.

  Both for me but pleasure is the biggy and it absolutely does have health and healing benefits, one type of orgasm, the one I do solo. The other probably not but it just feels bloody good 😎 I do get a bit cranky if I go a few days without orgasm. Settled in with a bit of porn last night 😉

  ...is always better than not getting to the restaurant at all. Pleasure, maintenance and just keeping the pipes in good order are all reasons (aka excuses) enough.   I'm finding it purely for pleasure as such in my mature years! Where as it was once only for release! It's almost at a point where I'd cancel a " hook up" and just stay home instead!
