Youre a great guy, and very genuine. Unfortunately its "single guy profile syndrome" There are so many women on here compared to men. Why dont you put a pic of your smiling face up there, pics are always a plus when we look at profiles? And come along to the next meet and greet, its the best way of meeting new people?

Those kind of messages can get pretty annoying. You cant have a "how are you?" conversation via message. God they can be bad enough in real life sometimes :)Its better if something non generic is added. Whether that is a comment about the profile, the person's location.......whatever. Ask some sort of question other than "how are you or how is your day/weekend".

Thanks for the reply ;) yes maybe I should hehe well it doesn't really bother me to be honest I just didn't understand but I always unlock my pics soon as I chat it's just for safety reason as I have had some weird ppl also contact me on this and so no one copy's my pics , iv had a fake profile set up with me befor to so , but thanks for the reply ;) - Posted from rhpmobile

...take a gamble, message those people who interest you, be sure of yourself and just chat as if it's your best buddy standing in front of you. That's small talk.But always be you...don't try to be someone your not.

Quoting 'Fr33Spirits' Why people write 'ect' when they mean 'etc' who cares if people can spell or not, I'm getting so tired of people in this forum correcting others on their spelling, and for the record, I'm good at spelling, but I take offence for those highly intelligent and sexy people who get slammed for incorrect spelling. Do you ask someone if they can spell before you hook up with them? Just wondered

When almost every guy in RHP sends messages which take one of three main forms...... people get bored/frustrated/annoyed..... and you get lost in the blah, the meh, and the same old same old. capice?!

Every now and then someone will post "No reply is rude" topic. I consider demanding a reply very rude. I do consider it can be rude for me not to reply but I don't judge others with my values. So even I will reply to others but if others don't reply I don't consider it rude and in fact I consider it very rude to complain about not getting answer. There is a big difference between saying hello in the street in 60~80s vs getting a online message from a stranger in 2015. For many silence is a valid way of replying. In many cultures silence is a valid reply. If you consider no reply is rude by all means feel free to reply to every message but when you don't receive reply don't use your values to judge it as rude.

a few contact messages that are generic where they add the personal details to make it appear written just for you. They have been refined over the years, added to, altered for maximum strike rate. But my point being they are effective for grabbing attention and standing out from the crowd. They tend to make you reply just because they are different. But they need to be good otherwise you have the opposite effect.

Is the colour of that wet paint called.... "JADED"? You're a cheery one.... maybe that has something to do with the experiences you're relaying. Misery may love company, but it rarely gets any. DG
