If we were to engage in rimming (not saying that we do) it would only be with one another. Before engaging though, we would ensure that the anus has been thoroughly washed to as to minimise the risk of infection & cross contamination.(as the anus is an open ended "tube" it is not possible to ever have it 100% clean and bacteria free) Any rimming, for us, would generally be "licking around" as opposed to sticking the tongue into said anus. (again to reduce risk of an ecoli overload) As I am going through Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy ( for cancer) my immune system is compromised and I have been advised, by my treating oncologists, that I would be prone to all sorts of infections, UTI's and even mouth ulcers, and as such rimming ( both as in giving & receiving) would be far too risky for me at this point in time. There are risks associated with everything. The risk about anal play, for a female, is that bacteria ( from the anus) is known to cause UTI's and other vaginal / urinary tract infections, which is why the golden rule (for all women who value their health ) is to never go from anus to vagina , be it a penis, finger, tongue or other object. Ultimately we all have our own choices to make, which is well within our rights, given our circumstances. For us at the moment, given what I am going through, we are erring on the side of caution and minimising the risks of unwanted UIT's and other infections. Currently not even meeting up with anyone from here, until such time as chemo, immuno & surgery are over ....

Very much dig in - I don’t see the point in skirting around the edge when driving deep in usually gets a very positive response. As some have pointed out about risks of UTI’s (and deleted my response because it doesn’t align why their agenda) preparation and cleaning is a huge help. I wouldn’t start eating ass if I was unsure it was cleaned. If I’m doing some anal play with someone I’ll always ask them to be thorough with douching and hygiene.
