Romance

February 15 2019

So with Valentine’s Day yesterday, and the weekend upon us, it got me thinking about romance and sensuality. Do they still exist? What’s the most romantic or sensual experience you’ve either given or received? - Posted from rhpmobile

But they do exist. Ive had some lovely surprises from guys in the past. I dont, however, bother with Valentines Day, I think its a money making thing.

Much to my disappointment I wasn’t able to be with my valentine yesterday. However I do have an amazing weekend planned for her with some serious romance and playtime organised. Unfortunately I can’t give to much away at this stage but it will definitely push here boundaries.

Getting engaged in the snow in the Scottish highlands with a £16.50 ring. 😍 We don't celebrate Valentine's day, but we did have awesome mmf the night before and that kinda had it's romantic moments 😉

I don't do Valentines day and I'm not into expensive gestures but romance makes the world a sweeter place to live in. Two that stand out are. A song written about me and sung to meHe made a light and carved out initials into it so they lit up when it got turned on. Romance is also alive on RHP. I've had a guy bring his guitar to a date and sing to me and another one brought me this sweetest little thing( from an op shop no less) because he knew I would like it. I've taken lollies to a date because he mentioned they were his favourite. I've had amazing conversations on here with great men. Someone to lean on and talk to when you are having a tough time. I think thats romantic because it's about being genuine. It's little things that show the other person that you care and you're paying attention that makes a difference.

Quoting 'The_Antichrist' I’m a true romantic... I’ll wash the dishes before pissing in the sink :) We all know you are a big gooey romantic marshmellow at heart Anti. You totally would have spent hours cooking her dinner before you pissed in the sink.

Specifically for Valentines Day, I've only ever once been seeing/dating someone over that date, and this was back in 2008 when I was still living interstate but already considering the move back to Vic. I'd made a friend via Facebook that lived down here, and had already met up a couple of times on essentially platonic dates on my trips down (although our text messages were much more hopeful). As I was away, I bought a stuffed toy wombat, wrapped a red bow around it, put it in a gift wrapped box, underneath an outer general postage wrapping. I sent it to a local florist down here, who by my instruction, unwrapped the postal wrapping to show the floral box wrapping, and delivered it to her workplace (wildlife park, she was a croc handler!), along with a bunch of three white and three pink roses bought from themselves. She was flattered and overjoyed about it, but ultimately because of her specific recent/past relationship situation, on her decision things never went further than getting a kiss on the cheek after a later date (although which I was also over the moon about at the time) :)
