Shaving Difficulties

June 30 2020

I'm a man who needs bi-annual shearing (at least). But by God it causes me some difficulty! For starters, there's the entire left arm/shoulder that I can't possibly reach to shave. Having only one hand has certain drawbacks. 2nd up there's my back. Well parts of it. Trying to turn the clippers on the correct angle in mirror-reverse is like gently trying to force that extra sandwich into your lunch box. Oh the clipper bites & missed patches- grrrr! Then there's the delicate regions. I have a bit of realestate down there. And even the smaller personal clippers seem all too eager to take a little bite of of the sack- OUCH! But Ive managed to pull the skin tight with my elbow to achieve the outcome. Talk about a twist of fate lol. I must look like a Harry Potter character under the Cruciatus spell. Who else out there has shaving difficulties? More importantly, is there someone reading who would help me out with the bits I can't get? ClockwiseCircles

Laser, better than waxing. That's what I do and the results are heaps better.

Laser is great as a more permanent removal option. Where you have Tattts you would need to Wax, unless you don't mind the Tatts going as well.

HiSorry- read Fiesty reply Glad you got a laugh out of my story. Uuurghgh! it was a frustrating experience. I've previously had friendly somebody's to help me with that, but lately I've found myself doing it solo. Disappointing on so many levels lol. With a better attitude about it I managed to contort myself to reach all but the back of the one shoulder. Bet it looks funny to see, but the pool is closed for repairs and the beaches I swim on are unpopulated Now to turn on some charm and persuade one of my Red Hot matches to help a brother out. ??

technical issues, sorry. Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I'd like to retain my tats. Might be an opportunity to laser-shape my pelt to emphasise the lines & edges. Opportunity knocks!

Have a look at the vs sassoon palm held trimmers if you're trying to get an even job done on your own.

Try hair removal cream. It does sometimes cause ingrown hairs so I tend to use clippers on the pubic bone area and hair removal cream (for sensitive areas) between my legs & it works great with no pain & without having to be a contortionist. Good luck x

Also, a couple I know use an epilator all over. I've never tried it, as I like the ritual and the roles of having someone else do it for me, but they swear by it! Might be worth a try 🤷‍♂️
