It's all possible but many aren't flexible enough for two in either. Many of the positions you see in porn (esp anal), as I've been told, aren't actually that pleasurable (it can actually hurt them). ...that even in porn, in order for a triple penetration to work, two men have to really bend well out the way in order to let the third man in, and in doing so they can't do much for the woman (thrusting etc) except for just taking up space and remaining inside, even though some women find it beneficial for more volume inside her, the same as preferring a larger or thicker penis.
