Upgrading while upgraded

December 22 2016

Hey folks. Not sure if anyone knows but we're currently premium members but would like to go platinum plus. Obviously we don't want to pay the full amount, just pay the difference to upgrade. Has anyone done this or know how to do this? - Posted from rhpmobile

I'm not entirely sure of the answer not being a current member myself but if you go to the Upgrade Membership page accessed by clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting that option, there might be more info there for you. Otherwise, maybe check out Customer Support down the bottom of the page. ☺ Peachy

I had a quick look at Billings and Upgrades on the Help page and there is a link there to send a message to Customer Service. I've always wondered how that works, lol. Peachy

I also am wanting to upgrade and sent a message/ticket to RHP admin, no word back from them yet. Have you heard anything back, PeachyPearL?

I never contacted the Mods about paying for the difference in membership packages. I just upgraded to the level I wanted to be and RHP just added the duration of the new membership onto my current one. E.g. Say I still have six months to go with my current membership and I upgrade to a new package or level for a six months term, then the total term of my membership would become twelve months instead of six. Hope that makes sense OP 😛 - Posted from rhpmobile

Well currently RHP has 25% discount to upgrade for guests but not for existing membership users, bit silly if you ask me.

RHP "customer service" said there's no discount for existing members if you want to upgrade from premium to platinum. You're better off creating a new account if you're not too attached to it for the 25% off. - Posted from rhpmobile

A perfectcircle, I didn't contact RHP because it was only something I'd wondered about and only looked into it on behalf of the question. I love trivia. And may I say, it's a pleasure to see someone proactive in the pursuit and sharing of knowledge. Peachy :-)
