I understand it's personal and not everyone likes flirts. I do however. They are less personal to me, with less pressure to reply, or less guilt over not replying. I think they're a good first move to gauge interest, then to messaging from there if both/all are keen. Re couples. If it's a genuine couple, then both would have checked you both out and think you're both hot? Never going to be 100% equal attraction I guess but enough to want to get to know you. Can't see the harm personally but that's just me. You can always ignore flirts or I think select something in settings to stop receiving them?

Flirt to a couples profile, they will be talking to you both as a couple. Eg they are interested in you both. On the other hand I’m sure there are plenty of others out there who may only be looking at one of you.

The wording of the flirt is more exclusive than inclusive. I do a lot of reading, so tend to take the words written as a true form. I agree with "i touch" (shes a hot premium member) ..flirts have a purpose.Yet, Im sure guests like "curiousity"(shes hot too) dislike them more then members, for obvious reasons...Yet I do agree there a way to show interest, for those with limited messages it can save a little sacrifice :)

I take a flirt to mean that someone is interested in us together as a couple, rather than just the person pictured in the profile pic if it is just one partner. I think for many people it’s a safer way of testing the level if interest before progressing to messaging. Some people are ok with rejection but for others it’s not so easy. I know when I'm searching for couples, I look at the entire package as of course I'm going to be more attracted to the woman than the man as I'm gay but if the man is hot as well and I can cope with the thought of them touching me in any way I send that very flirt just as was said before, as an opening and a testing of the waters as such! I've only come across one couple that knew exactly what why and how they wanted it and there was no shocks or surprises anywhere! And I hooked up with them the day I joined the site pretty much & will be back! Every other couple has had issues with each other being touched too much or them not enough or something and it ends in me leaving very slowly and never going back! I think that maybe if it's a single person they would look at you both, at least I know I do so don't feel left out or confused about who they are speaking too as you have a couples profile so they are speaking to you both!
