was talking about the like button just a few days ago lol I've never really been a fan of it....however...I do see those who like my comments - when I use the browser - as being ranging from lurkers to newbies and the regulars.... I've always said it will simply help those who lack confidence an added justification to keep on hiding instead of getting vocal....and being heard!!!! - Posted from rhpmobile

I use it sparingly now! To me It feels like when you picked teams at school ...hoping the 'popular' kids notice you, this time the popular kids, just press the 'like' button. Some show their allegiance to their friends by regularly 'liking' their posts 😖 lastly, apparently when I was an avid 'like' button user, my friends would have their stream filled with notifications of my 'likes' . Who wants a 'stream' full of Mary, right? 😝 mwah xx

Has reduced the conversation. I often now will just like a few comments and then feel that making a comment of my own is superfluous, so I don't bother. I am sure many people are happy about that. Haha. :p

Who wants a 'stream' full of Mary, right? 😝 mwah xx I've taken people off my friends list because everyday there would be 3 pages of their 'likes' and I would miss updates and notifications that I was interested in. I try to avoid excessive 'liking' myself in order to avoid doing the same to others.

I try to be discriminating and only "like" comments that amuse me, or make a good intelligent comment. Oh and it is a good ego boost if one of my comments gets "liked" and I can bask in the the glow of perceived wit and intelligence.

How does one keep up with it all ? Ahuh.. put ourselves on our own hotlist, then the posts we* make or 'like' appear in our own live home page stream, this serves two purposes, 1: I love looking at Tara in our thumbnail pic :).... 2; The most interesting post of the most interesting thread of the most interesting topic of the most interesting like, comes up in the stream....click on that and it takes us straight too the heat of the moment. eg, post 18 on page 42 at the click of a like. *Tara doesn't actually post, but she does like to sit on my post now and then and use me for her own sexual fantasies when having a perve on her hot guys pics, oops posts. Oh and of course we love everything you post miss Freya, shame there is not a Ye Olde 'Love' Button, button, we'd click on it all the time then.

Tara can have her fantasies and I'm sure that most guys we have liked is a result of Tara'n a part of me, having fantasy sex with them would be chuffed. I like the like - if I feel my post is essentially just a "me too" or "what they said" then I'll usually just like a post instead of adding one.
