Yes it's too much to ask. You need to ask yourself if these are then the kinda people you'd wanna be involved with, most probably not although some do have good excuses, and the girls do get innundated with messages so it is hard for them to reply to everyone, although there aren't 'that many' members that spent the $ and took the time to fill out a decent profile so it shouldnt be too much to ask.Good luck.

MOST OF THE EMAILS I GET ARE JUST CUT N PASTES N FROM ALL THE OLD DUDES THAT ARE CHEATING ON THERE WIVES....N VERY FEW MEET THE CRITERIA..............WHICH IS A SMALL ONE ANYWAY LOL...SO Y CANT MEN READ PROFILES FIRST? Silence generally means "no". What I do like at the end of messages is "it would be great if you could reply either way". Means that I'm generally not going to get a reply back that says "why not?" or "your loss". Yessss....those who DO reply get hammered for a "no thanks" sometimes :) Jx

This seems like a never ending question which Casual has answered with some passion I note. But I'm a really impatient stalker. I'm probably not very good at stalking truth be known. Not an expert like Panda. He should run master classes. I mean, if I send three messages with no reply to the same person then I just say "next", drop 'em from my hit lists and move on. Don't visit their profile over and over... that's creepy. I'm usually unforgiving when it comes to later pardon meeze the minute they realise what they've missed out on. hehe. Of course, that's mostly because I'm an egocentric narcissist but so much water gets washed over a ducks back. :p You should rid yourself of your nice guy style for RHP. Yep as the others have stated. No answer is to be considered a 'no'It may take sometime for people to reply so don't be in a rushThe ratio of Male to Female is out of wack with far more males than females so the number of messages females receive is much higher.Ok in an ideal world people should reply to messages as a matter of etiquette but we are in a real world.ciao and good luckHermes Hermes

With no reply, sorry but that is just total rudeness on their behalf. You have the decency to send them a msg because you thought you were a good match.... (and with that a paid up membership).... yet these people think why bother reply.Maybe it might be how you have structured your msg to them... rather than, Oh I love your profile etc etc etc when in fact you state things that has nothing to do with it (trust me... we get that all the time... when they ask for a 3sum or one on one and also say... love the profile .. you can tell its a generic msg set up & they havent read it at all).If you have not heard back within 7 days... just think.. hey their loss, not yours.... and like the others have said, its probably good you didnt hear from them, if this is the way they are going to treat msgs.

Newsflash camnz77, women get overwhelmed with spam messages, cut and pastes, truly vulgar propositions, and people who simply don't have the courtesy of reading profiles. I have no intention spending my valuable time answering any of those.If I don't respond to such messages, I sometimes get very angry, disgusting, insulting messages from men who are peeved that I didn't reply.I set up an auto-reply to try to keep everyone happy. It's a polite, nice reply. I still get foul responses from men telling me to go fuck myself and worse.So ... I reply to men who have read my profile, written a nice/interesting/funny/interested/personal message, and who I feel inclined to reply to.It's pretty simple really ... it's a free world :)

If a woman has clearly stated what she is looking for on her profile.....and you don't fit the bill.....and you send her a message anyway....then why the hell should she give you the time of day to reply to you if you don't even have the decency to read her profile properly and respect her wishes. If she wants a man under 30....and you're NOT under 30....then guess what genius??....she probably aint going to reply to you!!! Stop sulking and move onto to someone who's criteria you do fit and maybe you will have better luck. Happy hunting :)

It's like a lot of guys want to play poker but instead play solitaire. Both games require a lot of patience. And there's obviously much slight of hand taking place in the games room.
