  For me was going out on a date back in my twenties, thanked her for a very lovely evening at the end of the night, complimented her on how she looked and then called her "Susan''. Her name, of course, wasn't Susan. And then I tried to backpedal really fast, which got me nowhere about as fast, and we never dated again.
