thinking about the dishes being unwashed, did you turn the gas off, did he wash his hands the last time he went to the toilet, did he notice any cellulite, did he brush his teeth? All that would put me off. Many women can only orgasm - and in particular multiples and squirting - only when they are completely relaxed, trusting and in the moment. When I was younger I used to be able to squirt easily but thought it was "dirty" "embarrassing" and peeing myself, so I taught myself to stop (just by focusing on my pelvic floor muscles and not fully letting go when I orgasmed). This led to not having as enjoyable an orgasm and eventually almost impossible to have one at all except with the use of vibrators.
