She just decided for some reason she wasnt interested enough to meet. But perhaps the real reason should have been given. Some dont want to give you 100% honesty but maybe she was just trying to be more polite. Either way move on as sometimes people are wary of there past be it star sign, name or sexual persuasion.

Star signs are integral to relationships. I work with a very gorgeous lady whose husband and their compatibility was based on their star signs. She is of Indian heritage and culturally the decision to marry each other was weighed heavily on the 'stars aligning' for them. Just saying, Mary xx

.... just brush it off because unless a person has a comprehensive reading based on all factors, including the time they were born, they can't really say how their star sign affects them or those they come in contact with. The general ga-ga in the newspapers is just filler. I'm a Capricorn on the cusp of Sagittarius but I've found the Chinese stars are closer to who I really am, and also a better guide to who I should be with, as they cover positives and negatives between the signs but there's no absolute no-nos. Depends if I feel like a challenge at the time who I choose.....or if I even bother to notice :P.

Happens to pretty much all of the blokes on site here - methinks you should be a bit more mature about the whole experience, and realize that not every lady here is going to jump in bed with you at first glance. For a number of people, Star Signs (or Sun Signs as Unrushed has correctly pointed out) do mean quite a lot, particularly if you have some reasonable knowledge about those aspects, and how they can affect life. Just because you don't have an appreciation for that doesn't automatically disqualify the validity for everyone else. Leo Girl, you are quite correct with the general saying of opposites attract, precisely for the qualities as you have put forward. But unfortunately that usually does not make for a successful relationship - they are opposites for a reason, and will find putting their differences aside almost impossible over the longer term. I don't aspire to astrology at all... I do find that my personality and qualities do match Virgo whenever I read them, but there are also people like me (with the same ideas, qualities etc, that aren't Virgo...( But I do find that most Virgo's (at least) are similar in many ways. Neat and tidy, analytical, intelligent, affectionate and passionate, sensual etc... But we do have a few bad points too... I take it with a grain of salt...

First off. OP,Tolerance and Respect transcend the beliefs others hold no matter how illogical it may seem. To belittling others for what they have faith in does no one any good, least of all your self. If given time to explore the mind of anyone you will discover we all have irrational and illogical beliefs, belief's taken on pure faith without any evidence, and even held in stubborn obstinate regard of presented investigation. To attack a person for a belief is not an personalized event, it is an attack on a whole sub culture and should be avoided if you respect personal and social liberty. Rational debate is always a benefit, but rational debate NEVER involves personal insult. It most certainly invites equal response and turns debate to argument where the aim is not discovery and learning, but humiliation and egotistical one up-man-ship. Now! Assuming of course that you OP know that the lady in question is likely to read this forum, I am sorry, but... it is a "weak and small minded" man that would use a public forum to make a personal attack on someone for the triviality of being shunted. Would you have preferred the direct approach, which most likely would have been very personal insulting. You don't strike me as someone that would handle such an approach all that well, and in all likelihood no matter what star sign you are it would have been the wrong one.

What get me is that people have not updated the dates for the signs. On the precise time I was born the sun was in the constellation Ophiuchus, The Serpent Bearer. When ever anyone asks what star sign I am that is the one I tell them, which invariably leads to the question when was I born, a question I will never answer. Nevertheless I am a Ophiuchus and have yet to have someone tell me any of my traits. It does not take much effort to find your real star sign and adds just a little legitimacy to the whole malarkey. For me I like to be different and knowing that I am one of the few in the 13th constellation and actually know about it makes conversations with those that follow the stars a great joy..
